Your new favorite snack: salty, crunchy and satisfying Simply Garlic Roasted Chickpeas!

Eat on their own when you're craving something savory or even add a healthy crunch to your salad. 


Ingredients

Your fav canned chickpeas

2 tbsp of olive oil

Simply Garlic Salt

Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (223°C).

  2. Open your go-to can of chickpeas and pour into a strainer. Rise thoroughly! 

  3. Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet and pat dry!

  4. Drizzle olive oil and a pinch or two of Simply Garlic Salt and toss.

  5. Bake for 20 mins or until crispy! 

  6. Sprinkle some grated parm over the hot chickpeas if you wish!

  7. Enjoy!
