- 12 oz lump crab meat
- ¼ cup panko
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Duxbury Salt
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mash to combine.
- Once mixed, form into 1” balls and place on a baking sheet with 1” between each piece.
- Bake at 400 degrees to 10-15 minutes until browned and crispy.
