Easy Peasy Turkey Burgers with a Zesty Twist
Weeknight chaos? We’ve all been there. When you’re juggling a million things and dinner still needs to happen — enter: these ridiculously simple, flavor-packed turkey burgers. They’re healthy, hearty, and come together with just a handful of staples (plus a little love from our favorite Saltery blends).
These aren’t your average burgers — they’re topped with our fresh and tangy Zesty Chickpea Salad and served over a bed of fluffy rice. It’s everything you need, nothing you don’t.
🍔 Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1 egg

A few green onion stems, finely chopped

1 tbsp Saltery’s Garlic Lover Salt (don’t be shy — this is where the magic starts!)

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup of our Zesty Chickpea Salad (trust me — don’t skip this part!)

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, egg, chopped green onions, and Garlic Lover Salt until just combined. (Pro tip: Don’t overmix or the burgers can get tough!)
