Marinades Made Easy
Don't want to spend a lot of time on dinner? That's what we are here for! Our salt blends are made to save you time and simplify making a delicious meal.
1. Lemon Herb Marinade
Bright, fresh, and perfect for chicken or roasted veggies.
Featured Salt: Lemon Pepper Salt
Ingredients:

¼ cup olive oil
-
Juice of 1 lemon
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional for extra punch)

1 tsp Lemon Pepper Salt
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together. Marinate chicken, tofu, or veggies for 1–2 hours. Grill or roast as desired.
2. Smoky Maple Marinade
Great for salmon, tempeh, or pork.
Featured Salt: Smokehouse + Maple Sugar
Ingredients:

3 tbsp of Saltery's Maple Sugar Salt

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
½ tsp Saltery's Smokehouse seasoning
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Baste while cooking for extra flavor.
3. Zesty Garlic Pepper Marinade
A classic with a Saltery twist. Excellent for steak, mushrooms, or eggplant.
Featured Salt: Garlic Lover
Ingredients:

¼ cup olive oil
-
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
-
3 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp of Saltery's Garlic Lover seasoning
Instructions:
Whisk everything together and pour over your protein of choice. Marinate 1–4 hours, then grill or pan-sear.
4. Earthy Truffle Balsamic Marinade
Rich and elegant — amazing for mushrooms, steak, or roasted potatoes.
Featured Salt: Wild Truffle Salt
Ingredients:

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp Wild Truffle Salt

1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
Instructions:
Mix together and let ingredients soak up the earthy, umami flavor for 1–2 hours. Ideal for oven-roasting.
