Seasonal Salt Butter
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp SalterieOne Winter Blend
1 stick of butter unsalted butter, softened
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
TIPS
- Use in mashed potatoes, to coat a roast turkey or as a spread for dinner rolls.
- Place butter in the center of a square of parchment paper. Fold paper over butter and roll into a tube shape. Wrap tightly, eliminating any air pockets, in plastic wrap and store in the freezer. Slice off a sliver of butter and melt on top of freshly grilled steaks for a savory finishing touch!
