- 2 extra large eggs
- 3 large cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 slice swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp+ Onion Lover
- Whisk together the cracked eggs, milk and Onion Lover
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the egg mixture to the pan and cook until the eggs are mostly opaque.
- Add the sliced tomatoes and swiss cheese.
- Fold the eggs into an omelet and finish with south salt to taste.
