Summertime Ricotta Toast

INGREDIENTS
2 slices Sprouted grain bread
3 tbsp Whole milk ricotta cheese
1 tomato
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp SalterieOne Summer Blend


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toast bread slices.  
2. Slice the tomato into ¼" thick rounds.
3. Spread ricotta evenly across bread and layer tomato on top. 
4. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with SalterieOne Summer Blend to serve. 

TIPS
✧  Don't have sprouted grain bread? Try Wasa crackers or dark rye bread instead. 
✧  We recommend toasting the bread until it is crisp to provide a nice contrast to the juicy tomato and creamy cheese.
✧  No ricotta in the fridge? Substitute half of an avocado smashed and mixed with SalterieOne Classic Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
✧  Have fresh basil hanging around? Slice two leaves into thin strips and garnish for added flavor.
