12 whole carrots peeled
3 tbsp of avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp SalterieOne Classic Sea Salt
1 drop Young Living Ginger vitality essential oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add carrot mixture to a glass casserole dish and shake gently to distribute carrots evenly.
- Roast in the oven at 325°F for 45 minutes or until carrots are tender and browned.
