Wendy's Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Head Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lady Rose Blend
- Garlic Powder
- 1/2 chopped yellow onion
- 2 cloves chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or another variety)
- Black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop cauliflower and broccoli into florets and sauté on low heat in olive oil.
- Add black pepper, Spring Blend, and garlic powder to taste.
- Stir and flip continuously.
- When tender, add bruised, chopped garlic and chopped onion.
- Finish sautéing the mix until fully cooked and garlic and onion are slightly browned.
- Place mix in a pan and sprinkle a little more Spring Blend and black pepper before covering in balsamic vinegar.
- Add tomatoes to dish.
- Allow at least one hour to marinate.
- Serve at room temperature.
