Our founder, Lily, recently visited a spice and herb facility and got the inside scoop on what it looks like to operate on a large scale. From labeling and filling jars to processing orders and customer support there are so many ways to bring more salt to more salt lovers. She brought back quite a few tips and tricks for Saltery!
