South Westerly I love adding citrus and some spice to dishes like meats, fish, pastas, carnitas and avocado toast. The lime and jalapeño added great flavor to my avocado toast and grilled shrimp and rice this week.

Using shaved ribeye, fresh fajita veggies and blending with two products made in Mexico (SOMOS Pico de Gallo & La Modero
Vermicelli) and finally dressed in Jalapeno Lime made a wonderful dinner on a cold night in the White Mountains of Arizona.
