Do you like turmeric? Do you like ginger? I know I don't have to ask if you like salt!

Use Turmeric Ginger on meat marinades (chicken, fish, beef approved) or add to beans, stews, potatoes + sauces. This version is the outcome of an obsession with perfect flavor (if there is such a thing!). A beautiful blend of vibrant turmeric + ginger, the flavor is smooth and bright.

  • flavor: savory depth with a richness that satisfies the palate
  • texture: pinchable grains with noticeable salt flakes
  • color: yellowish orange
  • use: savory meats, rich in flavor veggies, rice dishes + bean stews

P.S. - My personal favorite use for Turmeric Ginger is in chicken soup or curry with carrots, potatoes + a big steaming bowl of white rice.

P.P.S. - Each of our twist top jars contains 2+ oz. That's over 100 pinches!

Turmeric and Ginger

I honestly love this stuff. Almost every vegetable is better for having this salt on it. I would love to see a bit more turmeric and ginger, but it is hard to fault it as is!

Love Turmeric Ginger!

During many years of business trips to India, I really enjoyed their cuisine, probably because all contained Turmeric. Turmeric is termed as a wonder spice and is a part of every Indian household. I tend to use it in addition to other Saltery seasoning salts on certain foods. Earlier this day I used "Turmeric Ginger" on 8 ounces of Sirloin Bavette, along with "Onion Lover" and the taste was exceptional.

Raita happiness!

Added 2 tsp turmeric ginger salt to my raita recipe (8 oz plain full fat Greek yogurt, 1 medium cucumber grated on large holed grater, 2 scallions thinly sliced on the round, ¼ tsp cracked pepper) = delicious!!!
