Wonderful on Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I love pulled pork sandwiches. The new Sara Lee Artesano Brioche Buns are great. The pork is placed. BBQ sauce dresses the pork followed by the best pork seasoning on the market. And that just happens to be HOG WILD by Saltery.

Used this salt on pork chops and pork tenderlion grilled and this was great. I put the salt on about one hour ahead of cooking to absorb the flavour, great!!

The Perfect Blend

I sprinkled this on my pork tenderloin that I roasted in the oven tonight. It was delicious and everyone loved it, even my picky daughter. She normally cuts off the "crust" and she ate all of it! It is smoky with a little sweet and a little heat, the perfect combination!

Hog Wild was a hit!

I used hog wild on pork chops and it enhanced the flavor and was just what was needed to make them memorable. I don't think I will cook them again without using the hog wild salt.
