A sweet and salty dream, Maple Sugar blends hints of cinnamon with organic maple sugar and orange peel. The maple sugar + orange peel blend beautifully to create flavorful indulgence. Maple Sugar, the ingredient from actual maple trees, is a true delicacy!

Maple Sugar is surprisingly versatile. Designed as a dessert salt, it works incredibly well in so many different dishes.

  • flavor: warm sweetness, hints of cinnamon + orange, with a salty finishing note
  • texture: small flakes
  • color: orange
  • use: decorative dessert, savory meals drinks, pork chops, oatmeal

Maple salt

The maple salt was a gift for my daughter who loves to bake. She is in love with it, and has already used it in a few recipes!

LOVE!!!

I use this salt everyday, it is delicious!! It is salty and sweet with cinnamon. I put it in my coffee in place of milk (salt cuts the bitterness), in my yogurt, on roasted sweet potatoes, and on my Optavia brownie every night! I travel with it, seriously, I don't leave home without it!!

Maple Sugar

I’ve enjoyed experimenting with my Maple Sugar Seasalt and it indeed was an experiment. I first used it on ice cream and used way too much, thus way too sAlty. I next used it on salmon and swordfish in much smaller ants and it definitely enhanced the fish. I then tried a pinch in my salads-a winner!
