I am Greek, and my family is from the island of Andros. This seasoning has been passed down to me from the old country, and I used to love making it with my yaya before she passed away.Â

We use it on just about everything, but it is especially delicious on lamb, souvlaki, avgolemono soup, vegetables, tomato salad and in homemade Greek salad dressing.
