I used Coral Heat on my chicken thighs this weekend and ended up also pinching on my roasted potatoes. SERIOUSLY AMAZING! I'm particular in how much spice I like and this nailed it with layers of flavor and just the right kick. I think i'm now officially Saltery obsessed.

I love St. Louis Pork Ribs, so I needed to study my growing collection of Saltery Products to determine what might work best. The decision was made on Coral Heat. It was wonderful. Not too much spice. Just about right. My only regret that was I should have tested it on the French Fries as well! Dine well friends, Bob
Coral Heat is a wonderful salt, full of flavor, especially if you enjoy a spicy kick to your food. The garlic definitely comes through right away but overpowers the citrus flavor of the orange peel and so you don't get much of the orange, which would really make this salt sing, so I would say, definitely go wild on the orange peel and a little bit less heavy on the garlic in future batches of Coral Heat. The cayenne and white pepper are delightful and perfectly balanced, and I love how the white pepper adds a beautifully earthy flavor to the salt. Perfect with chicken, pork, homemade salsa and barbeque sauce. Coral Heat would definitely be a 10/10 if the orange peel were more prevalent.
I used this salt on my steak tacos tonight. It was delicious. It has citrus and heat notes which would make it yummy on chicken or fish or to top a dip.
I’ve never met a Saltery salt I didn’t like, but I especially love Coral Heat. Perfect balance of salt, spice and citrus.
