Let Fire bring the heat to all your favorite foods that need a lil' kick!

With a robust depth of flavor, Fire is: cinnamon, spice + everything nice. I use Fire when I'm craving a robust meal. My favorite ways to use this blend include Jalapeño Poppers, Sheet Pan Sausage w/ Peppers + Potatoes, Grilled Spicy Eggplant + Peach-Glazed Pork Chops. The originality of this spice blend is thanks to the carefully curated combo of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, garlic, cayenne pepper + black pepper.

  • flavor: robust spice
  • texture: perfectly pinchable
  • color: fire red
  • use: potatoes, buffalo chicken, pork chops, potatoes, steak

FIRE is Exciting!

FIRE is wonderful. I use it on a variety of foods but have not yet tried it on chicken wings, thus I will this morning. Most certainly does it work on cheeseburgers! I am almost out, which means time to place a new order!

Multi Dimensional Salt

I bought a jar of the Fire seasoning a while ago. I have been using it on everything. I have found that it elevates the flavor of any type meat or veggie. I usually sprinkle it on my meats and veggies after it comes out of the oven or stove. Fire is probably my favorite. Recently used Fire on a Saltery recipe for roasted carrots. Excellent.

Surprise added flavor

I recently got the “Fire” salt. I tried a little bit straight from the jar. It definitely had a spicy and smoky flavor. I was making a meatloaf as well as a zucchini marinara for dinner. I thought I’d try some of this salt in both dishes. I sprinkled some of the salt in both dishes and what a fabulous surprise I had. It added a depth of delicious flavor while not overwhelming either dish. I’ve made both dishes dozens of time and they include other herbs and crushed tomatoes in them. This salt was a wonderful addition to the recipes and really helped to enhance the layers of flavors. I can’t wait to try this salt on some other dishes!

My first go with Fire Salt

On a whim, I used this salt on the crust of some bread I was baking, it offered a bit of a kick to the bread, everyone loved it! Also a good addition to some carne asada!
