I use this salt everyday, it is delicious!! It is salty and sweet with cinnamon. I put it in my coffee in place of milk (salt cuts the bitterness), in my yogurt, on roasted sweet potatoes, and on my Optavia brownie every night! I travel with it, seriously, I don't leave home without it!!

I’ve enjoyed experimenting with my Maple Sugar Seasalt and it indeed was an experiment. I first used it on ice cream and used way too much, thus way too sAlty. I next used it on salmon and swordfish in much smaller ants and it definitely enhanced the fish. I then tried a pinch in my salads-a winner!

Full of flavor

I decided to make a pork chop, sautéed onions and acorn squash. Usually I would have added maple syrup to baking the squash. Instead I used the maple sugar salt which added lots of flavor and no additional calories. Then I sprinkled some of the same salt on the rest of my meal as I cooked each item. And then at the end I added applesauce to my plate and sprinkled more of the salt on that. It made for a delicious maple sugar salt enhanced meal!

Best Flavor Combo

One of the best flavor combinations! I add it to any dessert, bread, or savory recipe that calls for cinnamon and the result is something extra special. Baking traditional Snickerdoodles? Try rolling them in sugar laced with Maple Sugar. Apple pie? Sprinkle Maple Sugar on the top crust. Oh and sprinkled on popcorn? Yum!
