The Butcher is coarse flake salt infused with activated charcoal, sprinkled with pink peppercorns for robust flavor and heat.
Butcher’s Wife is a smaller flake salt, infused with sriracha and paprika. The spicy depth of this blend will literally transform your grilling (and eating) experience.
