When one lives in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, which is part of the White Mountains of Arizona, it is important to have plenty of vertical freezers in your garage, because there are foods that you cannot purchase in nearby towns, and thus you rely on on-line providers. My freezers always have a supply of Saku Ahi Tuna blocks, which is the filet mignon of tuna, used for Sashimi. I tend to place the sashimi on top of white sticky rice and then dress with Soy Sauce & Salt. Doing a little testing and Summer Vibes by Saltery is simply outstanding on raw fish!
I use this on fresh vegetables all of the time. Today I sprinkled it on fresh from the garden cucumbers. So, so good!
