I’ve ordered this winter blend many times over the years. However, this most recent batch is a little disappointing. It tastes and even looks different even though the ingredients are the same. There is much more salt than other spices. It’s still good but it’s not as good as previous batches!

Used it for the first time on my Prime Rib with the Black Garlic and Butchers Wife salts. Made the Prime Rib taste great. Love your salt.

Perfect on meat, eggs - just about everything!

Last year I had ordered a sampler of flavors. I found myself always reaching for the Winter Blend for soups, stews and meats. I also added it to bone broth to add flavor.
Now that it is fall, I ordered another jar to use fir all my winter meals.

Winter Savory is another yummy salt. A combination of Salt, parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme and other spices. Winter Savory has a wonderful smell and a delicate flavor. I think you will love it.
