This past Saturday night we and friends dined at the Torreon Grille in the Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, Arizona. I ordered beef fajita tacos. They looked beautiful, but one bite told me they had no taste. I ate one and brought the others home. I still had some One Stop Chili, and once applied the remaining tacos came alive. I wanted to tell our fellow members on a Torreon FB site, but I knew this salt had been discontinued. The news from Lily today, that they are back was incredible. Thank you, Lily!
I purchased the Chili Seasoned Salt for my daughter's birthday in January. This will be great when she's making her chili recipe!

My latest order from the Saltery arrived yesterday. These are four seasoning salts that I have not tried before. "One Stop Chili" is designed as a Chile, Taco, Fajita Seasoning Blend. Being an Arizonan, we do enjoy some incredible Mexican dishes. Still, I have tested just about all the Saltery seasoning salts on Spicy Chicken Wings that I source from the New York Steak & Seafood Company. Thus this morning six baked wings were dressed with "One Stop Chili." Simply an incredible taste!
I tried one stop chili salt on my favorite dishes and I really liked it. It adds some flavor without being too strong and works well on grilled vegetables and meats. The texture is good too, just the perfect amount of flake. I recommend it as a versatile seasoning that can be used in many ways. It's now a staple in my spice collection.
