Smokehouse is great in so many ways. It is wonderful in Mexican dishes like shrimp or veggie fajitas, burritos and Mexican rice. I use smokehouse when I make shrimp hors d'oeuvres and no matter how many more I make than needed, there are never any left! Smokehouse is also delicious when I cook my native American tepary beans.
